It was my pleasure to make this dish with you in St. Tropez with gas burners that did not simmer! The tomatoes and french chicken made this dish shine. It is one of the best dishes I have prepared! I forgot to add: pair this with a bottle of Bourgogne ( Pinot Noir). And the chicken is skinned with bone in - 6 thighs and 4 drumsticks ! Yum!
